Can I order a single time without a subscription?
Yes, of course! Every order is a one-time purchase by default, including orders of 6 cookies or less. If you want to start a subscription, you can select that specifically when ordering boxes of 6 or 12 cookies.
What are the delivery options for a one-time order?
One-time orders can be picked up free of charge in Winsum. I will soon also offer delivery by post, but for now it's pick-up only! If I'm at local markets, you also have the option to pick up your order there.
What does a subscription include?
Every month, every two weeks, or every week you'll receive a box filled with freshly baked cookies of your choice, which you can then pick up on Thursday!
You can choose between a monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly subscription, each with different benefits and options.
How does billing for subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are automatically billed according to your chosen plan. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle, and you can cancel at any time by emailing me or filling out the contact form. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees, provided you follow the cancellation policy.
Can I pause or change my subscription?
Absolutely! You can pause or change your subscription by emailing me at info@nathsbakedgoods.nl or by using the contact form. I understand that life happens, and I want to make this as easy as possible by offering simple cancellation and subscription changes.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before the agreed pick-up date . After this period, cancellation or changes are unfortunately no longer possible because preparations have already been started. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
All allergy information is listed with the individual cake flavors on the menu; at the moment, I don't have many diet-inclusive options available. For further questions, concerns, or clarification, you can always email me.
What if I can no longer pick up my order on my chosen time or date?
If you are unable to pick up your order on the chosen time or date, please contact me as soon as possible. Things happen!
Orders that are not picked up and for which no contact has been made will automatically expire and cannot be offered again, so it is important to simply email me!
Can I return my order?
Because these are freshly baked products, I cannot accept returns for food safety reasons. If you receive the wrong flavors or damaged products, or have any other problem with your order, please contact me so we can find a suitable solution together.
