Shipping policy

Starting in 2026, I'll be working with postal deliveries and pickup times! You can choose between these options at checkout. For pickup, it's important that you arrive in person after receiving the email that your order is ready. This way, you're always guaranteed freshly baked cookies! 

You can only pick up your order during the week you actually placed your order, between Thursday and Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can choose the time yourself, but your box will be ready from 10:00 AM! 

I don't have the ability to store products or offer them again later. Therefore, it's your responsibility to pick up your order on time and to contact me in a timely manner if you're unable to do so. If an order isn't picked up and I haven't been contacted, it will automatically be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
